Services Include:

• Weekly 2-hour consultation (virtual or in-person)

• Space planning & layout optimization

• Design concept development & direction

• Moodboards and visual references

• High-level finish recommendations: Paint, color palette, materials Lighting direction, Plumbing fixture suggestions, Cabinet style guidance

• Review of contractor bids and proposals

• Design Q&A and ongoing decision support

Best for:

Mid-size projects that require consistent involvement and deeper design development.

Includes everything in 2hr/week, plus:

• Expanded moodboards and design iterations

• Detailed finish selection guidance: Tile, flooring, cabinetry, hardware Lighting fixtures and layouts Plumbing fixtures and accessories

• Vendor research and shortlisting

• Pricing comparisons and value engineering

• Ongoing collaboration with contractor (design intent)

• Review of shop drawings and material samples

4 Hours / Week

8 Hours / Week

Larger or more complex projects requiring hands-on, continuous design involvement.
